All new subscriptions (Starter, Team, and Enterprise plans) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with QuoteBase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
Email hello@quotebase.io with your refund request, including your account email and reason for refund (optional but helps us improve).
Our team will confirm your refund request within 24 hours. We may ask if there's anything we can do to improve your experience.
Once confirmed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This typically takes 5-10 business days.
You'll have 7 days from confirmation to export your data before account access is removed. We'll send you a data export link automatically.
